A really intriguing opener with plenty of unexposed 3 year olds in here. Preference is for William Haggas' Infraad. He finished behind a couple of these in a maiden 2 starts back but that race was a bit of a dash for home and he's since shown he has more stamina in the tank when bolting up against novices and when finishing 3rd at Chester after everything just went wrong for him. That experience will have done him the world of good and this son of Ghaiyyath looks ready for his first crack at 12 furlongs.

Opera Ballo 4/1, 2pts each-way (3 places)
One of the better renewals of this prestigious race. Bow Echo and Gstaad lock horns again and although it was a tight finish last time out, this race should pan out more favourably for George Boughey's superstar. He's expected to confirm form with the Ballydoyle horse but Goldolphin's Opera Ballo is a new opponent who is in great form. This track will suit him better than Ascot and he's already shown he's a global top level performer this year. His superior experience and tactical pace will show him in good stead here and he has a huge chance of beating the classic generation.

Silver Ghost 12/1, 1pt each-way (5 places)
Emma Lavelle may be better known for her exploits in the national hunt sphere but she's an ever increasing number of flat runners and has a good chance of landing a nice prize here. Silver Ghost won over course and distance last Spring and now returns back to the scene of her best run. She's held her form well and can be forgiven a poor run at Newmarket 3 1/2 weeks ago.
